Uniform Return Policy Stichcart offers a 7-day return period from the date of purchase at the Stichcart Store near you.

Non-returnable conditions:

The Stitch cart Trading Co. will not accept any returns if the items are in the following conditions:

Uniforms that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in the original condition as when received.

  1. Products that are worn or washed.
  2. Products that are damaged or with missing contents.
  3. Returns without an invoice/receipt.
  4. Discounted/clearance items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

 

Returnable conditions:

The Stitchcart Trading Co. will accept return requests for products with the following conditions:

  1. The product received is different from what has been ordered.
  2. The product received was faulty.
  3. On the above conditions, the customer can visit the nearest store with the following conditions, the product must be unused and in its original form with all the tags and original packaging.

 

How to Return/ Exchange Items ?

Step 1: Once the product has been received at the nearest Stichcart store, our team will review it, and if the return does not breach any of our non-returnable clauses, we will initiate the refund within 7-14 Working days at the store.

Step 2: Final Review and Decision

Our inspection team will either approve or reject the request, and the decision will be communicated through your registered email ID and can also be tracked in your customer dashboard. If Rejected: You may have to arrange a collection from our store.

If Approved: your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days as below:

Refund to Card: the refund will be made to your credit card in the event you have paid for your order by card/ Cash.

Refund to Bank account: the refund will be made to your bank account within 7 -14 days once we have recieved the Bank details.
